Our production department has made all preparations with raw materials, production line equipment, workers, warehouse managers, and quality inspectors arranged in advance. Current production capacity reaches one container (800pc) per day, with 10,000 pieces estimated to be completed in 4-5 months.

The wire ring connection forms a four-layer space grid with a height of 1.4 meters, length of 10 meters and width of 10 meters. The kit includes 40 connecting rings with 0.8 mm annealing wire and 40 metal posts (25 cm long). Folding size is 1.2 x 0.6 x 0.12m.

Secure the start of the 0.9 mm wire to one of the tubes at the start of a row. Lay a row of ramps in the correct direction, then return in the opposite direction following the pattern to close the row. Each row is braided with a single wire along all 20 layers.

1. Stretch two rows of coils to their full length
2. Lay out each row outward
3. Two rows should make four
4. Fix the coil with nails using thick coil
5. Move the wire sufficiently as shown in instructions
6. Fix the outermost layer of coils

It is impossible to put it back together after unraveling, so proper installation is crucial. Requires 4 to 8 people. The thickest diameter wire should be at the bottom, fixed to the ground with staples every 1-2 meters.
